Charms Office Assistant We do not offer Charms for the sole purpose of collecting money. We collect money in order to continue to upgrade, support and provide a better experience for all the Charms users.
Directors need only purchase one subscription per program area. Each school, and each program area (band, orchestra, choir, dance, football, swim, etc.) require a separate purchase. You may create as many assistant and helper profiles as you need. A parent and student login code is also created, allowing view-only access to your program's on-line calendar and forms, a student's individual financial ledgers, checked-out uniforms and inventory, attendance and grades. Special arrangements are available for smaller schools and combined programs.
The cost for the Charms online service is $650.00 for the first three years, per school, per program area. There are no hidden charges, and no charges for upgrades. Hardware such as scanners, printers and labels are available at an additional charge. You may submit a school purchase order, pay by check, or pay by PayPal. You may renew your service for $450.00 for additional three year periods.
We also offer an Annual payment option of $250 per year for the first three years, followed by annual renewal payments of $150/year.

District Pricing Many school districts have adopted Charms to help manage inventory, monitor student retention, and communicate with parents. Please contact our office at 214-556-1912 or rbaker @ charmsmusic.com to request a quote. We provide administrator logins for supervisors with access to:

Data Conversion and Recovery Charms provides six import wizards to help you move your existing data into Charms without having to retype everything. However, if you would rather send us a data file, we would be happy to do the work at a rate of $75/hr.
If you should accidentally delete your student data, or need to review old/deleted data, we can arrange to load our backup files for you at the rate of $75/hr. The minimum cost for a data retrieval is $350.00.
Needless to say, we don't like doing either of these.
