Our FERPA statement
Dorian Business Systems, Inc agrees to maintain, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, records of all students received as a result of the service performed by Dorian Business Systems, Inc.
Any unauthorized disclosure of confidential student information is a violation of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and the implementing regulations found in 34 CFR Part 99 and shall not be permitted to occur.
While in possession of any data or information relating to students, Dorian Business Systems, Inc shall not permit disclosure to any third party without the prior written consent of the parent or by the student who is 18 years of age or older.
